Davido has had the the biggest year of his music career but on the international scene, he has failed to win big this term, BET awards aside.
The self acclaimed Omo Baba Olowo was nominated for almost every international award there is this year but has failed to pick up another, which is the Soul Train Awards which held last night November 7th. Davido was nominated for the Best International Performance category but lost out to Machel Montano’s – “Ministry of Road (M.O.R.)”.
Davido also got nominated for MTV EMA and MOBO but he didn’t win. There is a reason to smile for the hitmaker as he is the only African that got recognized by Soul Train.
2014 Soul Train Awards will be televised November 30th.
