The naked man on the busy street The video of a naked man being chased by police on a busy road went viral after it was posted on the social media.
The video captured the man being arrested after a scuffle broke out in the Blackrock area of Dublin on Thursday.
The naked man was taken to a nearby police station, where it's understood he'll now be assessed under the Mental Health Act, the mirror.co.uk reported.
The clip shows the man running towards traffic before being stopped by two police officers. There's a brief stand off before one of the officers appears to kick out at the man.
The man retaliates by swinging a punch and jumping towards police before one of them is able to push him across the road and take him to ground, said the report.
A police spokesperson said the man has been arrested under a public order offence.
