Embrace positive transformation By Pastor Oloruntimilehin Joshua Daramola Without doubt, we live in a world of opposites, the good and the bad. Everything is in twos, a good luck person and a bad luck person, a male and female. People can be transformed to goodness or to destruction. I pray that people’s lives will not be destroyed in the name of Jesus. The transformation of a poor person is desirable. A person is responsible for the transformation of his or her life for better. If one decides to become better in the society, then he or she should be serious with his or her studies. It is not only education or acquisition of skill that can make people great. People can become great if they are determined to succeed. God’s mercy is always available to make people great. People can become great by transforming their lives in a manner that portrays greatness. •Pastor Daramola What is required is to make up your mind and associate with great people, behave like a great person and be prepared to work hard. Some people desire to succeed in life but they do not struggle and work hard, all they do is to be hopeful that God would do it for them. In fact some people are working and the work is not yielding good dividends yet the thought of moving forward would not come to their minds. They remain stagnant. Such people do not want great-ness because they have failed to take the steps that would make them great. It’s some times necessary to make personal contacts with the organisations or companies because waiting for responses might not work out. Some people would put their hopes on their children to provide for them and very often their hopes are dashed because the children might have been turned against their parent by the principalities of the world. Some years ago, a woman begged me to prevail on her son, whom she struggled so hard to train and has obtained a university degree, to have a change of mind towards her. Her son did not want to relate with his mother again. I invited the woman and the young man who came in his car. The young man said he didn’t want to see the mother but the poor woman knelt down and begged him to say what she had done to warrant the hatred. He blatantly refused to say anything. I asked him to mention what she did to him and he told me that she pre-vented him from securing  a job in Abuja. I then told him that his mother is not a witch. If she is a witch; I would have told him. I was able to convince him that it was the wicked people that turned him against his mum. He started crying and the relationship was restored. Few days later his mum called and informed me that her son gave her N25,000 and bought her a mobile phone. Imagine the transformation that occurred within few hours. It is my prayer that wicked people will not turn our children against us in the name of Jesus. I implore and advise children to disallow their spouses from turning them against their parents. Children take care of your parents very well so that your life can be better. The story of Samson in the Bible is an example of transform-ation caused by self infliction. Samson was born a special child.  Judges13:3-5 says “…because you will conceive and give birth to a son. No razor may be used on his head, because the boy is to be a Nazirite…” As Samson was growing, he met an alien woman. It was the relationship with the woman that led to his destruction because he disobeyed the divine instruction not to marry an alien woman. Brethren, there are many alien things that whenever they cast a spell on people bad transform-ation would set in. These alien things could be money, woman, man, child and other things that can cause calamity and disaster to people’s life. An ex-police boss was transform-ed from grace to grass. He was dishonoured, disrespected and disgraced by his self-inflicted transformation because he was not careful. In the same vein, a former head of state was cond-emned to death by a military junta and was about to be executed when overnight God saved him and transformed him to rule the country for eight years. God had been kind to children born out of sorrow. He always made them great. I pray God should transform  everybody to greatness in the name of Jesus. Amen. *For further inquiries call 08023020108; 08058110288 http://ift.tt/2sa9U7V.
