A timely message that I need to hear. recommended reading

Oga na 3 for 100 naira", Deji paid for the oranges and he
began to think to himself; this woman selling oranges in
traffic was a sales executive just like him, she sold oranges
and he sold houses.
He thought of the days when he used to help his mum sell
pure water after school and it dawned on him that he could
actually have been the one selling oranges but for the grace
of God.
He called the woman back and gave her N5000. The orange
seller and his driver were both shocked but he said to them
"I have been there before and I understand what you are
going through"
The difference between a mama put cook and a chef is the
grace of God! You could pay N500 for a very tasty meal at a
mama put under a canopy and then you visit an upscale
restaurant and pay N7000 and the food tastes bland!
Don't ever get to a stage in your life when you believe things
are working for you because you know how to do it, its the
grace of God on your life!
The bible said in Deuteronomy 8: 11-18 (ESV) 12lest, when
you have eaten and are full and have built good houses and
live in them, 13 and when your herds and flocks multiply
and your silver and gold are multiplied and all that you have
is multiplied, 14 then your heart be lifted up, and you forget
the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of
Egypt, out of the house of slavery, 15 who led you through
the great and terrifying wilderness, with its fiery serpents
and scorpions and thirsty ground where there was no water,
who brought you water out of the flinty rock, 16 who fed
you in the wilderness with manna that your fathers did not
know, that he might humble you and test you, to do you
good in the end. 17 Beware lest you say in your heart, ‘My
power and the might of my hand have gotten me this
wealth.’ 18 You shall remember the LORD your God, for it is
He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may confirm
his covenant that He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.
Always put God first and acknowledge Him always. The day
you begin to feel like you don't need God is the beginning of
the end for you. Let humility be your fragrance. There are
no successful men, all we have are HELPED men! God used
someone for you, it was not by your strength or efforts. It
just pleased God to promote you. May God help us all.
Amen
Thank You Jesus.
